Presentation Guidelines

General Guidelines

Official Language

The official language of the workshop is English. Simultaneous interpretation is not provided. It is therefore expected that authors are able to present their research more or less fluently in the English language.

Oral Presentation

Oral presentations shall be in PDF or PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX) formats. Conference and meetings rooms are included with PC and video projector. Use of own computer is not recommended.

Oral presentations are organized in sessions scheduled in conference rooms, indicated in the programme together with the time of presentation.

The authors are kindly asked to upload their presentations directly at least 30 minutes prior to the time block of the session. A assistant will be available if you need help.

Poster Presentation

There will be a single poster session during the workshop. We hope that the poster sessions will provide a forum for facilitating discussions between presenters and participants. Please ensure you are available to supplement and discuss particular points of interest.

Posters should be standard A0 size (portrait orientation) 841mm (width) x 1189mm (height).

Preferably the poster authors should set up their poster on Wed Sept, 20 before the welcoming session at 8.30 or during the first poster session at 10.30 – 11.30. Assistance will be available in case you need help. It is also possible to hand out the poster at the event registration desk during registration hours and your poster will be mounted on boards prior to the poster sessions. We encourage all poster presenters to take their posters down at the end of the Workshop on Thurs, Sept, 21.
