Project Coordination
Objectives
- Overall coordinating of the project work in co-operation with Steering Group (SG)
- Coordinating the project consortium and ensure meetings are arranged to resolve any possible conflicts between parties.
- Monitor and where necessary instruct to amend risk management activities
- Supervise the handling of sensitive and confidential data generated by the project or project products following national and international standards, legislation and due process.
- Supervising and executing the Control Function actions.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions if any quality deficiencies should arise during the project
