Project Coordination

Objectives

  • Overall coordinating of the project work in co-operation with Steering Group (SG)
  • Coordinating the project consortium and ensure meetings are arranged to resolve any possible conflicts between parties.
  • Monitor and where necessary instruct to amend risk management activities 
  • Supervise the handling of sensitive and confidential data generated by the project or project products following national and international standards, legislation and due process. 
  • Supervising and executing the Control Function actions.
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions if any quality deficiencies should arise during the project
